Rocking Down Angels

Does anyone really know what time it is? Its not that I think Dylan in “All Along the Watch Tower” was wrong about the hour getting late.

It was more like he was right about many among us thinking life was but a joke. Which has lead US to just waisting time.

Since the gospel of a brotherhood of mankind has been preached and even trampled all over this Beautiful Planet, we are closer to the days the Lamb said would come. Which having taken a good look around these times, I see the Day of Aquari… Continue

We Are The Ones.

I don't know where Marty Stuart on his Badlands CD, got these words from Red Cloud, Sitting Bull and Crazy Horse. Legend tells us Red Cloud asked some mystical being that all tribes would be his, and that they would live forever in Peace. Sitting Bull asked that mystical force, “What treaty have the Sioux ever made with the white man that we have broken? Not one that force answered. And what treaty has the white man ever made with us that they have kept. Not one the force answered. Crazy Horse i… Continue

Don't Get Me Started

Its great to hear Nations in the 21st Century can't invade another. From my recall at least 2 high powered Politicians feel the same way as me and you. Hey, but lots of us know words from deeds.

What kind of Freedom can Iraq ever give US? Somehow it seems that Bill O'Reilly's 20 bucks a barrel oil may turn into 20 a gallon if things keep going this way.

Thank god some lady in a bar pushed Rodney Crowell to write this “Don't Get me Started. I came into this Club to unwind." I've been looking fo… Continue

Pearls of Thunder

By Michael C. Dewey

There is Something Happening Here, what it is became crystal clear to me 14 long years ago in 1994. Even though the song "For What its Worth" by Buffalo Springfield, was inspired by armed military men on a street corner here in America, Land of the Free, back in the 60's. Like many other words to songs, by the Rock and Roll of the 7 Pearls (As I call Them) of Thunder kept secret in Revelation 10, can have more than one meaning. Can we all figure out exactly what it is that i… Continue

Michael ur pic reminded me of my 5 brothers and me playing as kids. I am happy to know that I am NOT alone. Being back in Arizona is scarey, as it has changed so very much, I don't even recognize it and I am workin' to move my kids outta here asap ! They've a BIG scam with laws/prisons, Its like the freakin' gestapho around here and I know lots of people that committed suicide to NOT go to prison for YEARS for a dirty ua ( the drug issue... another BIG problem, that imprisoning/felonizing our youth won't fix) I am disgusted that this has been allowed to come and where I am sittin' this am in this desert, It looks EVIL !

Thanx for the welcome and I look forward to action in the very near future.

ACTION ALERT: FT. HOOD SHOOTINGS

Dear Members,

One of our members received this email and asked us to send it on to you. The attack of soldiers on our own soil is horrendous. Please take a few minutes out of your very busy schedules today to send a card or a letter of support to the wounded warriors and their families and to the families of those who were brutally murdered. In this world of the Political Correctness Police, your words of thank, support and prayer will remind everyone at Ft. Hood, TX, that there are a lot of people who still believe in them.

ACTION ALERT: FT. HOOD SHOOTINGS

November 6th, 2009 8 : 09 AM

Our Family has a soldier stationed at Ft. Hood. We have contacted him and he is safe. Overnight I have made contact with friends at the 1st Cav and I am collecting cards and letters from the public of support for those who were injured and for the families of those who were killed. We will collect your cards and letters of support and get them to the correct individuals in bulk via Federal Express. Send them today! It costs you 44 cents to support these troops and their famlies. Pass this email along to your friends. We must continue to support our troops both at home and in their deployment.

If you have war hate mail (and yes I still get those) just send it to me and I will personally write you back no matter if it takes me a year to hand write them all. My family serves this nation and we'll be damned if we stand any disrespect of our military. Our military makes no policy or gets involved in politics - this has to do with them volunteering to uphold your rights to complain by upholding our US Constitution. You will receive a copy of the US Constitution with my reply.

Please address your cards and letters as follows:

Ft. Hood, Injured

c/o OPAC

560 Peoples Plaza, #121

Newark DE 19702

Ft. Hood, Family of those killed

c/o OPAC

560 Peoples Plaza, #121

Newark, DE 19702

Hate Mail:

Mrs. Frankie Mayo, President

Operation AC, Inc.

560 Peoples Plaza #121

Newark, DE 19702

11 Killed where US Army soldiers, 1 was a civilian. I am certain these families will be thankful for your outpouring of support in this aweful time. The injured will be glad to receive your support during their recovery. It helps their mental health to know, that Americans still care about the sacrifices they make for our freedom.

Please keep ALL members of our United States Military in your prayers. This is a horrible disaster at home. I was sickened when I heard about it moments before it hit the news.

We must never give up, we must continue on supporting our troops they need us now more than ever!

God Bless our Troops and thank you for your support of our troops. Times are tough in our nation - it is the cost of a stamp.

Mrs. Frankie Mayo

Craziest Action Alert You May Ever Receive

The work we did around the country and in DC yesterday was powerful and instrumental.  There were over 50,000 of you in DC in less than a week's notice.  The lines outside the Congressional Office Buildings to pass through security were at or near historic levels.

The votes in favor of health care reform are fewer today than they were when we woke up yesterday morning.  We are making a difference. But it still may not be enough yet.

Congressman King and Congresswoman Michele Bachmann called me this afternoon to specifically make a plea to you, the Tea Party Patriots.  The Congressmen are concerned that we hit a crescendo and they want to make sure that our efforts were not in vain.  We all know how much is at stake.

So, here is what these 2 Congressmen are asking Tea Party Patriots who are within driving distance of DC to do:  come back tomorrow, Saturday, November 7 at 1:00 pm.  Yes, I am as exhausted as you.  I just got back to Atlanta and am now going to be back in DC tomorrow. Yes, I wonder why they did not just call this morning so I could stop those of you who were in DC from California, Illinois and other places and you could stay one more night.

Here is the plan and is going to sound crazy.  The plan is for us to literally surround the Capitol and to make a lot of noise doing it.  A LOT OF NOISE.  So, bring your musical instruments, trumpets, boom boxes, snare drums, cymbals, noise makers, bag pipes, boat horns and even your crying babies.  We are going to make sure they hear us NOW!!!!  You I'm only joking about the crying babies.  The longer we can postpone the vote on health care, the better chance we have of stopping the government from taking it over.

If there is anyway for you to drive or fly to DC and be there at 1:00 eastern, please reply to tppyes@gmail.com to let me know.  If you can be there within a 4 - 6 hour drive or a 1 - 2 hour flight, consider making this sacrifice one more time.

Our Founding Fathers pledged their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor.  They made it possible for us to make our voices heard with the gift they left to us:  the Constitution.  Many, many of us have sacrificed time out of our lives, our fortunes whether large or small, and are promising our sacred honor to protect the Constitution and our way of government for future generations.  As much as I want to tell these two Congressmen they are crazy to ask us to do this, I realize that Tea Party Patriots has been fighting this issue since May.  If it comes down to this scheduled vote tomorrow night and the health care bill passes the House by 8 or less votes and I had not made this plea to you, I will always wonder "what if?"

We are so close to turning the tide in the House of Representatives. Please join me again tomorrow as we make ourselves heard louder and louder and louder with our voices and instruments and other noise makers.

If you cannot be there (and we truly understand if you cannot), here is what you can do:

  • Call the Congressmen listed below in your state and tell them to vote no.  Tell them a vote yes on this bill will be viewed as betrayal to the Constitution.

  • Forward this email to anyone you know who might be able to drive or fly to DC tomorrow or who will be willing to make phone calls

  • Listen live on Tea Party Patriots Blog Talk Radio

Your Fellow Patriot,

P.S. Many of you have expressed concern because the event in DC yesterday turned into a partisan love fest.  Know that yesterday's event was a press conference.  Tea Party Patriots as an organization was not invited to join this press conference specifically.  Tea Party Patriots did not plan the event.  We did not invite ourselves to be on the agenda.

When you the grassroots told us you were going, we made sure to be there to assist you in contacting your Congressmen and navigating the House Office Buildings.

I have a personal, verbal commitment from both Congressman King and Congresswoman Bachmann that it will not be that way tomorrow.  The next few days, our focus must be health care.  We will address partisan politics in the coming weeks after dealing with health care. Be assured this is your movement.  The other National Coordinators and I will do all we can to protect your movement for you.  We will ensure that Tea Party Patriots' agenda stays focused on the core principles that unified us on April 15th, July 4th, July 17th, in August, and on September 12.  The are fiscal responsibility, Constitutionally limited government, and free markets.
